Attention Coaches and Team Parents!

All players will be announced individually at the start of their final Lobster Pot game.

All team rosters MUST appear in the souvenir yearbook. To accomplish this we ask that you please complete the form below.

Nicknames are encouraged - get crazy with it. For example, Tommy "Top Shelf" Noonan or Michelle "The Monster" Moogley.

Please enter the player's name exactly how you would like it to be read by the announcer.

These names will be called out before the National Anthem and printed in the annual yearbook.
